What You Will be Doing

- Proof of eligibility to work in the UK
- GCSEs (grades 9-4/A*-C) in English and Maths, while not mandatory, is preferred
- Being physically able to handle 12-hour shifts and punctuality is crucial
- The ability to spot subtle changes in a resident’s emotional or physical state is crucial
- Candidates must be able to remain calm when supporting distressed residents through the night and have a genuine desire to help
